- Title: Regulation of Medical Objectives Amendment Act

- Elaboration & Reasoning: The edit to this bill provides for Government correctional facilities to be excluded from clause 1 and clause 2. This will allow for prisoners to be treated by a doctor incarcerated, at their own expense.
- Other Information: DoJ will need to ensure the doctor is able to perform any duties they require in a safe manor, preferably from outside of the cell.
