The Removal Act of the Vehicular Protections Act

The Parliament of Stratham enacts:

Section 1. Purpose

(1) This Act is solely to remove the Vehicular Protections Act.

Section 2. Commencement

(1) Removal of the named bill shall come into effect upon signage of this bill.

Section 3. Reasoning

(1) The aforementioned bill is not conclusive enough in regards to Unauthorized Vehicles, as it states the punishments for driving these on official roads, however it does not cover anything about parking these vehicles in public parking places- including whether it’s permitted or not, or any sanctions regarding this.
(2) There are 2 section 4s stated instead of a 4 and 5, both of which address different parts of the bill.
(3) By removing this bill Parliament will work on an improved, more cohesive version of this bill- and make it more compatible with current driving related laws.
