Server Suggestion Remove cars from the street (hear me out)

So there are some cars on the street, for example at the hospital. if you are driving your car on the street, you can't get through becuase they are out of blocks. the cars can stay on the parking lots and the buses on the bus lanes but please remove these block cars from the streets.
