- Suggestion Title: Removed/edit forums message sending cool down
- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): I think that this should be removed because a lot of the time, you need to send messages in the forums quickly! It is kinda annoying have to wait the 30 seconds. I get that it blocks spam but when you are trying to say good luck to a bunch of the new applications or do work, it can be annoying. We may not move in completely but maybe edit it to 10 seconds.
