- Suggestion Title: Repair signs in other cities
- Elaborate (Why do you think it should be added, how will it improve the server, etc.): Along with the start of Decentralization, people have been moving into other cities to create their homes and businesses. Currently, there is a repair sign at Capitol spawn that you right click and can repair your tools for 125kr. If this suggestion were implemented, people would be able to repair their tools at any spawn they choose, not just Capitol spawn. This would help further the decentralization movements, along with making it easier to repair your weapons and tools.~

- Additional Information: Another idea could be a command that drains the balance in return for repairing the item in your hand. Like /repair @hand or something like that. Thanks for reading :D

As cities become more suitable for player interaction (tours basically), we are adding things, such as repair signs, that can be found within capital city; however, it will be at the request of the mayor for it to be added.

EDIT: Additionally, we won't be adding a repair command.
