Thank you to the witness @veryreal_alex for completing their testimony. While we are now due for the first witness to complete their testimony, in the interest of efficiency I would like to suggest that we skip and move on to closing statements. Good afternoon. The plaintiff has an objection to this motion. I would like to request witness Evachu_ continue their statement and provide evidence of the plaintiff’s strikes on official record. I have attached some screenshots below to demonstrate my reasoning behind this. Evidence 1 shows the witness claiming the plaintiff’s strikes were issued in DMs between the witness and the plaintiff. Evidence 2-4 shows the plaintiff searching for various related phrases and no result appearing. Therefore, there is no proof that the plaintiff had any strikes in the DoH prior to his dismissal. I would like to present a chance for the witness to bring forth evidence of said strikes as they are vital to the case.

Thank you. As seen in the message prior to the judge’s summons, the plaintiff has failed to find proof of the strikes you claimed to have issued. Can you please procure evidence of said strikes?

While I can’t provide screenshots of warning Saarthigaming, I do remember the warning him around mid August for stealing from the emergency chest in the stock room of the capitol hospital and the beginning of October for toxicity to a specific member in the department

Since you are unable to procure any image proof of these strikes, is there any other proof that these strikes exist as they are vital to this case?

I am overruling this question, and would like to remind the prosecution that witnesses are a form of evidence in their own right. They exist to give a recount of events that took place and are not there to provide other forms of evidence that either party is unable to locate. Unless the witness can be proven to have been untruthful or mistaken, then their testimony will be accepted by the court as evidence. If a party believes specific evidence to be important to their case, then it is their job to locate and present it, or to request the court to issue a warrant in the event that they believe evidence is being withheld.

It has come to my attention that the plaintiff has been permanently banned, and so no longer has any legal rights. Therefore I have no option but to dismiss this case.
