Significance/history: One, if not the oldest building in lexford still standing. Originally Built by a company by the name of Sinatra L.L.C that was to become a building company. Not much of it was built when the leaders went inactive (his pc broke) so I finished most of it in late 2019 and finally completed it early 2020. The main thing is that it actually is the oldest building still standing in lexford.
