JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Analysis:
While looking through the evidence provided, it seems clear that a murder took place within the city. Being that the defendant is 'deceased' (banned), he will be unable to give his testimonial within this court case.

Conclusion:
Obvious killing within city limits, and a poor attitude toward the situation from what it appears. I have reached out to the plaintiff, @ThatDragonGirlYT and she is still troubled by the incident and wished to continue pressing charges.


Verdict:
As reigning Judge, and with the evidence provided in this court case, Zavory is hereby guilty of murder as outlined by the PVP Law.

I am ordering a fine of 75 Krunas to the defendant's personal account. Since the defendant is 'deceased', the Department of Justice, @bharatj has until September 30th, 2018 to collect the fined amount from the account of the 'deceased' defendant and ensure the plaintiff is paid.
