ive only been here for 2 days but I haven't seen a single helper admin or moderator, so I asked for help on where to find things and no one would respond
there are never any moderators on

I apologize personally for this inconvenience, and I'm sure the other staff would too. We have real lives, however, and at the moment BusinessCraft is kind of understaffed. If you join the BusinessCraft Discord server, you can use the @Staff feature to instantly notify all staff that you need assistance. Often one or two staff members will be free, and if not they can provide whatever help possible from Discord.
