On June 21st, 2019, I was attacked right outside of spawn by Unknown___Entity. I was just getting back after walking to the grocery store to make a new bread shop and to walk back to spawn to watch tpz2525 use cars to get to the very top of the spawn building when Entity comes at me with full diamond armor and a diamond sword. I had no armor on at the time and I couldn't stand a chance against him. My proof of him killing me is the screenshot and multiple people stating on this day that he had murdered them multiple times. Two people had said that Unknown___Entity had also killed them earlier that day. They were Haylie_Belle and MrBr1n3.

@Unknown__Entity is hereby summoned to the court to acknowledge the case. If the Defendant, @Unknown__Entity, does not acknowledge the case as a reply in 2 days, the case will close in the Plaintiff's favor.

The Department of Justice, @bharatj will be tasked with messaging the Defendant regarding this civil court case. I believe they do not have a forum account so it will be the DoJ's responsibility for locating and serving the summons.

JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Analysis:
The Plaintiff has brought the Defendant @Unknown__Entity to criminal court on the grounds of being murdered by the Defendant. There is clear [screenshot] evidence of a murder within city limits.

Conclusion:
Lawsuit will be defaulted in the Plaintiff's favor due to the unresponsive nature of the Defendant. I am convinced due to the nature of the evidence provided.

Verdict:
As reigning Judge, @Unknown__Entity is hereby guilty for the murder of the Plaintiff.

I am ordering the a fine of 20 Krunas from the defendant's personal account and/or material belongings as collateral of equal value. Since the Defendant has been away from the server for 3 days, the Department of Justice, @bharatj will be tasked with the collection of the fined amount from the account of the Defendant and ensure the Plaintiff is paid out. The Defendant will serve a 15 minute jail sentence next time they're online.
