I was thinking about recent parliament bills that have passed. I then thought about the tutorial and how it might not be updated. well, i was right. With the "Plot Purchasing Confirmation" bill being passed, changes were never made to the tutorial. Here is the proof.

I would suggest this being updated. Thank you!​

technically some plots are still like that ( maybe not in the city or in plain sight) please don't think of this as criticizing or being mean
