I. Description of Case
The Defendant maliciously attempted to get the Plaintiff to not receive votes.

III. Sequence of Events
1. The Plaintiff wanted to show the Defendant that he is running for MP, shortly after the Defendant did the same.
2. The Plaintiff offered to tell the Defendant a secret, that in the breach of sharing the secret, the Defendant will have to pay the Plaintiff 5000kr
3. The Plaintiff claims the Defendant edited his agreement after sharing the secret and was unable to get a screenshot of the original message.
4. The Plaintiff revealed the secret.
5. The Defendant then proceeded to ask the Plaintiff to withdraw
6. The Plaintiff said no and the Defendant proceeded to expose the Plaintiff, with intent to harm the Plaintiff's campaign.

IV. Claims for Relief
1. Under Title 1, Chapter 6 of the BusinessCraft Federal Code – Election Meddling/Rigging Section 1, created by the Election Meddling/Rigging Act of September 29, 2018. “Anyone found to be manipulating MP elections by using alternate accounts, bribes, threats, or other methods would be met with a 4+ week server and discord ban and permanent ban from running in future MP elections.” It further states that "Manipulating elections could be defined as unfairly giving yourself or other candidates votes as well as bribes, threats, or other malicious methods to prevent another candidate from getting votes."

V. Damages
1. The Plaintiff ask that the court permanently bar The Defendant from running in future MP elections as according to the punishment stated.
