Okay so when I was in the city I was outside I believe the grocery store when Boris_the_d came up and killed me. That was the first time now heres the 2nd, Okay so Boris_the_d started attacking beagleboymiles and then killed him, me tryna help tried to kill boris_the_d but I didn't wanna get in trouble for anything so I didn't kill him . I was already low on health when Boris_the_d started attacking me so of course, he killed me. I have screenshot proof from both times he killed me! C:

@Boris_the_d is hereby summoned to the court to acknowledge the case. If the Defendant, @Boris_the_d, does not acknowledge the case as a reply in 2 days, the case will close in the Plaintiff's favor.

The Department of Justice, @bharatj will be tasked with messaging the Defendant regarding this civil court case. I believe they do not have a forum account so it will be the DoJ's responsibility for locating and serving the summons.

JUDGE'S RESPONSE

Analysis:
The Plaintiff has brought the Defendant @Boris_the_d to criminal court on the grounds of being murdered by the Defendant. There is clear [game log] evidence of a murder within city limits.

Conclusion:
Lawsuit will be defaulted in the Plaintiff's favor due to the unresponsive nature of the Defendant. I am convinced due to the nature of the evidence provided.

Verdict:
As reigning Judge, @Boris_the_d is hereby guilty for the murder of the Plaintiff.

I am ordering the a fine of 20 Krunas from the defendant's personal account and/or material belongings as collateral of equal value. Since the Defendant has been away from the server for 3 days, the Department of Justice, @bharatj will be tasked with the collection of the fined amount from the account of the Defendant and ensure the Plaintiff is paid out. The Defendant will serve a 15 minute jail sentence next time they're online.
