Title: Vote of No Confidence Edit II
- Type: Edit
- Reasoning: Only the Members of Parliament have the power to begin a Vote of No Confidence (VoNC) for Cabinet Members. The public should have equal confidence in Cabinet as they do Parliament. In the event a Cabinet member loses the public interest, the public reserves the right to voice that opinion. This bill allows for the public to initiate a VoNC petition in a similar process for Parliament members.
- Bill: The public can start a petition to remove a Cabinet member from office and must receive 25 signatures within 3 days. Parliament will then vote on the removal, and can only pass with a supermajority vote of 6/9.
- Additional Information: Petitions can be created on the forums in Political Discussion under Public Referendum.
