In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:

With the rise of writing, the allowed content should be limited in order to not offend other people. Writers may not include topics of real world politics, vulgar language, and adult content. Writers are also not allowed to mention the names, or allude to, of other players without that player's permission. The only exception to this is newspapers. If a player feels as if something in a book represents them, they can sue the writer of the book.

If a player wants to include adult content, they can add a visible disclaimer at the front of the book.

The usage of real world politics or vulgar language will result in a base k200 fine.
Every vulgar word/topic used in a book will result in a k100 fine per word/topic.
Adult topics will result in a k250 fine.
The unauthorized use of someone's name will result in a k1,000 fee to the player whose name was used.
