Towns are created in areas along highways in between cities. Allowing towns to be cities would not allow the cities to expand. But it is true that some cities at the moment don’t look they are growing at all which is a problem that cabinet will deal with very soon.

I don’t believe taxing players is the problem but for everything else you’re right.

This is a great idea to replace chairs from the furniture plugin, however, the server had this plugin previously and it was abused by players (ie. Allowing them to climb up buildings) we will not be adding this, but thanks for your suggestion!

This is a nice idea but we will not be adding an MVP rank. We do have rewards for top voters though and have rewards for people who vote. Cabinet will also be looking into further motivation for voting. Thanks for your suggestion!
