well maybe we can edit that bill so DoC intern is listed as a goverment job and it seems most of the STGs seem to be able to keep up haveing more then 2 department jobs i would be in favor of turning DoC intern into a department job but i dont know enough about the DoC to give a good opinion...

DoC intern is listed as a department job the benefit would be no one would be offered a promotion but have to chose between denying the promotion or quitting a job they already have
