If they're using the plugin I think they're using for voting, all they have to do is disable the broadcast msg and enable private message.

And for some people who fish a lot, getting name tags shouldn't be too hard for them. Especially if they have luck of the sea 3 and/or lure 3.

This is a good idea and could clear the streets of random dogs that have been abandoned. However, I do believe that price is a bit overpriced. Considering that wolves are easy to find and some places, in the city, sell name tags fairly cheap. I'm proposing somewhere around k150-k200 instead of k300.

Good point and end the end, both players get money. Plus, the player with the lowest price will be the one who sells more items than the player with the higher price. So I see now that this won't really be a problem.

I like this, as you stated, players can use it to tell other players about their community legally and without needing to spam it in global chats. I vote Aye
