Lawsuit: Adjourned Amoeba Co.'s Redstone Division VS United Casino & Resort

Friday February 28, Amoeba Co.'s Redstone Division (ACRD) took on a job to build 4 Redstone machines for United Casino & Resort for kr2500 per machine with ACRD providing 100% of the required materials. The kr10,000 payment was made upfront by choice of United Casino & Resort Saturday the next day I, CrackedAmoeba1, logged on to a message from NetPex saying I messed up the machine and that I owe him his payment back and that I have to finish project for free (see evidence I provide below). I was later told by Maxterpiece to pay back kr2500 because they did not wish to have a forth machine due to space. I was then hit with harassment and threats to sue me from NetPex. At this point I realized they were attempting to scam me so I left what I had already done and abandoned the project as they had breached our contract. Today, March 1, I was then hit with harassment from Maxterpiece over the issue which I thought was over and done with.

I am suing United Casino $ Resort for kr5,000 for stealing property, scamming a deal, harassment on multiple accounts from the heads of the company, NetPex and Maxterpiece and wastinging of time and recourses of ACRD.

Any evidence I feel is necessary for this case is presented below and a confession from Max himself.

At no point did I attempt to harass Mr. Amoeba1. In fact, I tried to settle this without a lawsuit, evidence provided in chat logs.




Also, after dropping the build, he did not refund my 7500 kr. Not only that, but the harassment he was talking about was me thanking him for a bill idea he gave, due to the tone being lost in chat he assumed that I said thank you in a sarcastic way, tho that was not my intention.

The defendant contacted me for the project. After discussing price terms, they accepted the mutually agreed upon job. It was the defendants wish to pay me in full in advance to starting the project. The defendant scripted majority of the contract with only a few insertions by me having to do with price.

Your honor, I went in the voice chat because the plaintiff had mentioned that they were ditching the project of building the slot machines that United Casino & Resort had hired them to do. I was curious as to why they were choosing to do this, so I joined the voice chat they were in. I wanted to speak with them one on one in case things got ugly and I couldn’t take it anymore, it would be less people to hear me cry. Upon politely asking the plaintiff if we could move somewhere private, they denied my request saying “You’re just going to twist my words.” At the request of the plaintiff I stopped asking if we could move somewhere private and proceeded with my questions. I attempted to keep an even tone as I felt myself breaking after continuous attacks to me. I attempted to speak, only to not be allowed

to speak, due to constant interruptions. I patiently waited and gave my side of the story to them, to which the plaintiff says “I’m recording you, I suggest that your company drop the case.” in a somewhat threatening tone. For a moment I’m confused until it dawns on me that they meant United Casino & Resort to which I inform them “I can talk to them, but I have no authority to drop the case because I’m not an owner.” Eventually, the plaintiff threatens to sue all three of us (Maxterpiece, NetPex, and myself) wand I mute myself because at this point after taking so many attacks, I couldn’t take it anymore. Eventually NetPex pulls me into a private voice chat, and I attempt to speak, but I’m unable to because I’m crying at this point. The whole time when the plaintiff was chewing me out, and admitted to recording me, Anonymous_063 and Taelor are in the voice chat to prove that I didn’t consent to being recorded through verbal consent, there is no written consent, and the fact the plaintiff had used intimidation tactics to keep us silent.

Pig_Girl started a conversation with me over vc. They accused me of lying and being a snake to Max and NetPex. I was thrown off, not knowing that she was a part of the company. I had assumed Max was spreading stuff and trying to turn people against me to delegitimize my new redstone business. As I was falsely accused by Pig_Girl, Neilbuilder logged on and asked me if I was able to come to spawn so I could collect the orange wool I won in his auction. Max then told Neil that I was a scam artist and to not due business with me. Neil responded saying that I won his auction. Neil can testify to this.

At that moment I felt I was being attacked on multiple fronts. I explained to Pig_Girl that she has no right to accuse me of anything when she's not involved (again did not know they were in the company). I asked all of them to drop it. I could have sued them anyway for the crimes I am accusing them of now but I told them many times I did not want a lengthy trial and we should go our separate ways. Max continued to badger in that I owe him krunas for abandoning project. He did not accept the fact that I was entitled to the money I was paid before hand when NetPex asked for the money back and sabotaging the build as a reason for me to do the job for free.

Pig_Girl kept insisting that she get her point across but I had heard enough from the trio already and I had asked them all to stop many times. After refusing to stop I said that I suggest she stop attacking me and that I was recording her voice. I would like the record to know I was NOT recording and never had any intent to record. I was scaring them out of continuing their attempts to accuse me. I felt attacked by the three and wanted it to end. I did not realize the impact it would have on Pig_Girl and I do apologize for making them feel unsafe. Those were not my intentions. I just wanted the accusations and attacks to end. But there is not and never was any voice recording. I had apologized to Pig_Girl as well for sounding blunt and explained to her I was tired of being attacked by her and Max and I suggested she leave the chat as I had no interest in hearing anymore of her accusations. I admit to sounding blunt towards Pig_Girl but it was somewhat misdirected anger from being attacked at multiple angles.

My main threat to the trio was that I had enough evidence to go after them in the courts if they kept attacking me over the issue. They seemed to not understand I was trying to let them off the hook for scamming me. After seeing their attempt to sue me and the amount of times they complained to players about me in open chat, I decided to open this case to end the issue once and for all.

I would also like to remind the court that the converstaion with Pig_Girl does not provide any evidence to suggest I was in any way scamming the defense. I would like to also turn the focus back to my original piece of evidence that shows Max admitting to the charges I am accusing the company of.

The main point of this court case is to determine if there was indeed a contract made. Contract legality does determine that a contract made within a voice chat is not considered a legal contract.

That being said, the defense has stated on multiple accounts that there was no contract made.
