1. Yes, the capitol jail is an auto consent zone. It has been that way since the beginning of the term I believe.

2. The plaintiff was relatively calm and didn't say much while in their cell.

I would say it was extremely stressful.

Ko531 constantly would evade arrest by logging out of the game immediately as he is handcuffed by a police officer. If an officer would go near him he would fly away as with an elytra to very difficult areas to reach.

1. as you stated "The plaintiff was relatively calm and didn't say much while in their cell." So would you agree that I did nothing while in my cell to provoke this violence.

2. Are there any laws or bills besides evading that states that logging off while in handcuffs is illegal.

Though the plaintiff may not of provoked you in his cell, can you recall how exactly you were made to feel whilst the plaintiff was killing people, evading arrest, and hurling abuse at the DoJ?

It was quite annoying that the plaintiff was killing a bunch of citizens and every time an officer would handcuff the plaintiff he would log off.

And how exactly did this affect your mental state. And the mental state of your fellow officers?

For me personally, it didn't affect me much at all. For fellow officers, I heard it made a lot of them feel stressed.
