Exclusive Sales ( 6 Ayes | 2 Nays )

Currently, only partial protections are in place for Farmers and Ranchers to exclusively sell certain items. This bill builds upon that legislation to update and extend the same rights to other industries in a clear and comprehensive way. All item-based jobs will have an exclusive right to sell job-specific items to protect and strengthen their respective industries.

First Offence: Warning (2 points) + Removal of Chest Shop + K100 fine
Second Offence: Warning (2 points) + Removal of Chest Shop + K200 fine
Third Offence: Warning (2 points) + Removal of Chest Shop + 1 day ban + K300 fine
Fourth Offence: Warning (2 points) + Removal of Chest Shop + 1 week ban + K500 fine
Fifth Offence : Warning (2 points) + Removal of Chest Shop + 2 week ban + K1,000 fine

Note: This bill does not supersede the Corporate Jobs Act (found here). The same punishments are proposed as the existing Farmer rights to sell excluding Pharmacists, who follow the Unlawful use of Medical Objectives (found here).

In a vote of 7:0, Parliament has resolved that:

Players shouldn't receive a warning, especially a 2-point one, for something that's Government-related or as small as a chest shop selling something that they shouldn't be selling. This also comes in trouble for new players, as it's unlikely they'll meticulously read each and every law and wind up selling vanilla Minecraft items without the proper job without knowing it is illegal.
These will be the new punishments:

Selling items without Correct Job
1st Offense: K200 fine + Removal of Chest Shop + 5 minutes jail time
2nd Offense: K600 fine + Removal of Chest Shop + 15 minutes jail time
3rd Offense: K1200 fine + Removal of Chest Shop + 30 minutes jail time
4th Offense: K2500 fine + Removal of Chest Shop + 1 hour jail time​
